Zip Line at Duke's Nose Near Khandala
Plan a day trip from Mumbai to Duke's Nose with trekking and zip line experience for your group. Duke's Nose is situated about 12 kms from Lonavala near Khandala and is a very popular day trek. With the added activity of a zip line experience this is a big draw among active groups.
Dukes nose is hard to miss while on the road between Mumbai and Pune. It's shape is like a nose or a thumb. The cliff gets its name from the Duke of Wellington, whose nose it is supposed to resemble. Enjoy spectacular sights from the top, which include the Mumbai Pune Express Highway winding through the ghats, trains chugging along the tracks and spectacular views on all sides. The area is also famous for rock climbing, valley crossing and rappelling adventure activities.
