Waterfall Rappelling Near Karjat
Rappel near a the Tighar waterfall with its 70 feet drop to pump the adrenaline into your Mumbai day activity. This is a full day idea as Karjat is 80 kilometres away from Dadar. The best part is that once you reach Karjat there is a short hike up to the waterfall. Experts at hand to brief you about the activity and familiarize you with the harness and safety gear. This activity requires no experience and is a moderate difficulty experience.
The Karjat area is scenic and the waterfall is set in lush parts of Maharashtra and Sahyadri ranges. The area is of immense beauty during the rains and the best season is June to September!
Itinerary
- 06:30 AM - Meet at Dadar T.T circle at the Metro Shoe Shop
- 06:40 AM - Leave for Karjat, have a packed breakfast en-route
- 09:30 AM - Arrive at Tighar and hike to waterfall
- 10:15 AM - Listen to a briefing and start activity
- 13:30 PM - Enjoy a packed lunch
- 14:30 PM - Back to the vehicle to head back.
- 17:30 PM - Arrive at drop-off point at Dadar
