It is always recommended to try skiing at a moderate speed or else it can be really exhausting. So experience the waves hitting under your feet as the rider on a surf board will be towed by a long rope that is tied on to a speed boat which runs at the speed of 30-40 miles per hour. A high level of physical fitness is required for water skiing.
- The tow boat must contain at least two people and the driver should steer the boat away from obstacles ad maintain a steady course.
- Put on a life vest and water skis and get into the water.
