3 BHK Luxury Villa at Calangute Goa is ideal for family, group of friends or someone who wants to spent their time in ample space. It offers peace, tranquility and elegance and is ready for immediate occupation.This villa is only 10 minutes walk from the Calangute beach.
Some of Calangute's best hideouts of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and hospital is located within walking distance.
Three Bedrooms- There is a double bed in the blue master bedroom whereas the other rooms have twin beds. The bedrooms have an air conditioning unit with individual controlled facility. Each of the bedrooms are furnished with a ceiling fan, seating, wardrobe, bedside table, mirror and table lamp. There is an attached balcony for the green bedroom.
Two Bathrooms- Each of them contain a hand basin, bidet, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. There is an en suite bathroom in the blue master bedroom. A common bathroom is available for the green and pink bedroom.
Kitchen- Everything that a self catered villa requires is provided. Clean worktops, fitted cupboards and fully furnished facilities of fridge, freezer, kettle, 4 ring gas stove with oven, washing machine, toaster, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery is available.
Living Room- It is located in the ground floor and opens out into a covered terrace that leads into the garden. Seating is provided on the front porch that includes a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Television with cable, books, board games and magazines are also provided.
Dining Room- A separate dining area with seating for 6 people.
Garden- The gardens are well maintained just as the whole villa. The garden is tended and stocked with fruit trees. Sit back, run around around the large lawn and relax on the sun beds. There is enough space to have a BBQ in the garden. Also unwind in the hammocks in the garden.
If you stay longer than 3 days, you will be receiving a welcome pack consisting of eggs, butter, bread, soft drinks, coffee, milk, tea, sugar and maps of Goa. Also get to purchase extra items with the link that you get once you have confirmed your booking. No charge will be taken for this extra service, just pay for the items purchased.
