Feel like a oasis of tranquility in our private, self catered and luxury villa in Goa. All our villas are ideally located 2-10 minutes walking distance from the Calangute beach known as the 'Queen of all Beaches', shopping center, hospital, restaurants, ATM's etc in Goa.
House Keeping is done daily and linen and towels are changed twice a week. A gardener maintains the garden area.Stays longer than 3 days will receive a welcome pack consisting of eggs, bread, butter, toilet roll, soap, coffee, sugar and tea, just to make the transition a bit easier and welcome you to our holiday home.Extra Facilities:

- Laptop Hire - INR 1000 per week.
- Weber One-Touch Original BBQ 57cm with coal ( Available from 1st October 2011)- INR 1000 for 3 days
Please note even if you request the above facility for 1 day our minimum fee is 1000 INR. If you would be interested in these extra facilities, please mention at the time of booking as they will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Prices for these extra facilities are calculated on a per week basis, stays shorter than one week will incur the same charges.Swimming Pool Access Opposite to villa
Guests at Villa are entitled to use the swimming pool in the resort just opposite our villa for an extra charge of around INR 100 per person per day. The resort will provide towels for use at the swimming pool. The resort opposite the villa have a nice pool side bar/restaurant to refresh yourself.The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security.Other Villas option to choose from as per number of person in group.
